San Marino is a public local harbour managed by the Rab County Port Authority, separate from the nearby campsite and beach. The authority's adopted 2026 plan assigns 116 nautical berths and 130 communal berths here and states that all 116 nautical berths in its Rab-wide public-port system are at San Marino. The harbour is therefore included for visitors; the island's other authority-managed harbours have no nautical allocation. The authority publishes a dedicated harbour-warden contact for Lopar, San Marino and Melak, but no daily visitor-arrival hours. Confirm berth availability and instructions before entering.
